Join us for a timely Lifelong Learners Coffee with guest Bob Danger, at 9:00 a.m., Monday, November 24, in the Perry Library Large Meeting Room. Bob will share his expert knowledge on the use of meat smokers to prepare a variety of meats, just in time for your holiday table. We will learn about using different woods to achieve different smoked flavors, as well as brining methods, dry rubs, and marinades. Bob will demonstrate smoking tools and equipment, and he will share tips to help you prepare and smoke the perfect turkey, brisket, chicken, ribs, or just about anything you like to eat.
