Free Advice for Your Device

Get the lowdown on your library’s downloadables. Bring your mobile device (smartphone, tablet or e-reader) to one of our classes and get some advice and help installing the library’s apps for e-books, downloadable audiobooks and e-magazines. Classes and apps are all free. Your gadget must have basic setup done (out of the box, set up, passwords entered, charged and know the basics) as a prerequisite to this class. You will need your library card and PIN, and you may need the password for the App Store on your device. Pre-register.

Stop by the library to sign up for a 10-minute slot to read a favorite story to therapy dog Scout. Sharing stories with Scout is a fantastic way to practice reading skills and make a furry friend at the same time.
Teen Book Discussion

Come and enjoy some pizza and talk about the funny book “Schooled” by Gordon Korman. Teens in grades six through 12 can find copies of the book and sign up for this program at the information desk.
Harry Potter Party

Attention all muggles! The first Harry Potter book came out more than 17 years ago, but the boy wizard is just as popular as ever. Come to the library from 1:30-2:30 p.m. for games, crafts and trivia related to Hogwarts and all things Harry Potter.
