Broadlawns Medical Center Offers Flu Vaccinations

Des Moines, IA – September 2014 – Broadlawns Medical Center will be offering flu shots available

October 1 in the Primary Care Clinic located in the Medical Office Building and the Family Health Center Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The cost for the vaccine is $20 self-pay or insurance accepted.  For additional information please call the Primary Care Clinic at 515-282-2273 or the Family Health Center at 515-282-2334.
