West Des Moines, IA (February 4, 2014) – 7th Street Brownstones, a rental townhome community located south of MLK Jr. Parkway, welcomed its first residents last week. The project, developed by Hubbell Realty Company, is the first of its kind in the downtown Des Moines market.
Construction of the first four-plex of townhomes was completed on February 1, and 30 more townhomes will be delivered throughout 2014. In total, the $6.8 million development will consist of 34 two-story, three-bedroom, three-bathroom rental townhomes.
7th Street Brownstones features walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, washers/dryers, granite countertops, two-car garages and rooftop patios with pergola and wet bar. Brownstone renters will share a community courtyard.
