Art on the Prairie at the Library

Perry Library will be open for extended hours during the Art on the Prairie weekend, Saturday and Sunday, November 10-11. Come and enjoy beautiful art and family friendly activities at the library from 10:00 to 6:00 on Saturday and 10:00 to 5:00 on Sunday.


Library Closed for Veterans Day

Perry Library will be closed on Monday, November 12, for the Veterans Day Holiday.

What’s Cookin’ Storytime Sessions begin November 13, 14

A new Storytime series for pre-school aged children called What’s Cookin’ will begin at Perry Library on Tuesday November 13 or Wednesday, November 14. Call the library to sign up for one of two sessions based on age groups two-to-three or four-to-five, 515-465-3569.


Create Today Crafting Event – Saturday, November 17

Perry Library will host another Create event, 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Saturday, November 17, due to popular demand. All crafters, quilters, scrap-bookers, sewers, gamers, and all creative adults are invited to spend up to nine hours creating and crafting in the company of other “crafty” people. Bring a snack to share, your favorite soft drink, and have fun with like-minded people, all while working on your creative projects.
