Happy autumn from Clear Lake.
There is still a lot to do this week in Clear Lake. The Clear Lake Farmer’s Market will hold court on Saturdays, from 9-11 a.m. at the Clear Lake City Hall parking lot. If you love waffles, you’re in for a treat because Dad’s Belgian Waffles will be served at the Clear Lake Senior Center this Saturday, from 7:30-10:30 a.m. Cost is $7.00. On Sunday, September 30th, the Kinney Pioneer Museum will hold its annual Homemade Cider & Donut Day, from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. Admission for adults is $3.00 and for children 12 and under, it is $1.00. On Tuesdays in October, at the Clear Lake Arts Center, there will be a special Photoshop Class taught by local Clear Lake artist Jim Larson, from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Cost is $30 for the course. Finally, at the Integrative Medicine Consultants, there is free group meditation on Wednesdays from 12:15 – 12:45 p.m., and yoga on Fridays, for $3.00, from 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Don’t forget the Harvest Festival in Clear Lake on Saturday, October 6, from 12 noon-5:00 p.m.
