Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse, West Des Moines in conjunction with Templeton Rye will host a Templeton Rye Dinner on Thursday, January 29th at 6:30pm. The evening will begin with a full reception featuring Templeton Rye cocktails or wine and beer for purchase. A four course dinner will follow the menu includes the following;
Appetizer – Crispy Pork Belly with Templeton Rye apple butter glaze
Salad – Smoked Heirloom Tomato Salad with smoked Mozzarella, Bibb lettuce and Templeton Rye Vinaigrette. Served with fresh baked foccacia bread
Entrée – Braised beef short ribs with Wild Mushroom Risotto and Templeton Rye Glazed Carrots
Dessert – Templeton Rye Cashew Pie
