A new life now

Spring brings many changes; perhaps that is what is so inviting. Change must take place for new things to happen. Change begins to show potential to what can be. Is it your time to start living your full potential? All of the following weight gain reasons, turning points and results are real life men, women, boys and girls right here from our neighborhoods.

My weight gain reasons: Everyone in my family is heavy, unresolved anger issues, bitterness, I love junk food too much, I was fine until my second child, I don’t get enough sleep, high blood pressure, I started a new career, two moves in one year, went back to school, insecure about going to a gym, started a business, got pregnant, injury, miscarriage, failed marriage, medication, laziness, apathy, procrastination, holidays foods are just too good, death of a loved one, I don’t like myself, I am obsessed with food, It is the only thing I can use against my spouse, it’s how I was born.

My turning point: I refused to purchase a new set of clothes, realized my blood pressure was out of control, tired of popping medication, I became accountable to my trainer, I participated in a group fitness setting, I committed to going to the gym four times per week, I loaded up on fiber, stopped eating anything from a box, drank 90 ounces of water per day, walked one hour every day, realized cheap fast food was packing on unwanted pounds, I wrote down everything I ate, I prepared my own food, I took a risk on myself, someone believed in me, I stopped comparing myself and focused on what I needed.

My results: I felt confident again, I forgave easier, stopped feeling lonely, feelings of depression left, dropped my blood pressure, changed my eating habits forever, fit into my clothes, dropped four pant sizes, love accountability of going to the gym, understand how to utilize equipment and techniques at my gym, I look forward to exercise and being around others who have the same focus, I know how to choose good and healthy foods, I have healthier relationships, I have a completely new perspective on life, got out of my slump, back on track, better spouse relationship, got my family on the same page, I am looking forward not backward, did I say more confidence.

Each excuse, turning point and results are from people who call The Orange Planet their home. Each of them has found success. You can, too. We share life together. Come share your life with folks at The Orange Planet and together we will make necessary changes and witness monumental results.
