Alyce “Allie” Rahm, born April 4, 1924, died on March 16, 2014 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 20, 2014 at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Urbandale with burial following at McDivitt Grove Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Vigil Service with a Rosary.
Alyce is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, LeRoy “Roy”; daughters, Judy (Larry) Enga and Jane (Jeff) Tegeler; sons, Craig (Kathy), Dennis (Eileen), Chris (Diane) and Ted (Julie); 22 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and four great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Joseph and infant daughter, Amy.
