Make an ornament

The Make and Take an Ornament event will be held on Sunday, Dec. 8 from 1 – 4 pm at the Doanes Park Youth Center. Part of the Hill of Lights activities, this is your chance to make several ornaments for your tree. Make plans to attend this great family event.

Ancestry Library
The library now has Ancestry Library. This great database has many genealogy resources. Available on the library computers; stop in soon to see how much is available.

Holiday hours
The library will be closed on Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 25. The library will also close at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31 and will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 1. Have a great holiday season!

Don’t forget the library has online access to E-books and audio available. WILBOR is an online site accessible through the library’s website. Access is available for Kindle users as well. For more information, call the library at 266-7815.

Two of the library staff are notaries. This service is available free. Call ahead to make sure of the staff notaries is available.

New story times
Story times are now held on Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 10:30 only. Crafts are held every Wednesday afternoon at 4 p.m.

A new story time for toddlers is held at 10:10 on the secondnd and fourth Mondays of every month.
