Movie and Snack

Come to a free movie entitled “Tom and Jerry: A Nutcracker Tale”.  In an empty opera house, Jerry wishes for a chance to perform and magically his dream comes true.  This movie is not rated and 49 minutes in length.  Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.  A snack will be provided.

Wednesday, December 18, 3:30 pm

Naturalist Laura Zaugg will present “Big Bison” at the library.  Enjoy “hands on” activities about the mighty bison.

Movie and Snack

“Bah, HumDuck”, a free Looney Tunes Christmas movie, will be showing in the large meeting room of the library. In a hilarious take on Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, we follow the exploits of Daffy Duck, the Scrooge-like proprietor of the Lucky Duck megamart.  This movie is not rated and is 46 minutes in length. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.  A snack will be provided.

Adult Program – Create Today Crop ‘Til You Drop

As part of our monthly Create Today program, adult crafters, quilters, scrapbookers, sewers, and gamers are welcome to come to the library. This free event will be held on New Year’s Eve, December 31. Do you have an unfinished project that needs done or still have those photos in shoeboxes?  Come and work on your projects among friends. Bring a snack to share and your favorite soft drink for sustenance to have fun with your friends and family. The computers will be available for all who would like to use them. Please register by December 30 by calling 465-3569 or email skestel@perry.lib.ia.us. Come and ring in the New Year and Crop ’til you drop!  We will crop from 5 pm to
