They did a nice job with good food, live music and business networking.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held in early October for William Penn University to celebrate its opening in a new location. The City Council Candidate Forum was hosted by the Chamber’s Government Affairs Committee and provided an opportunity for Waukee residents to hear from the candidates running for City Council prior to the November election. The October Chamber Networking Luncheon was hosted at the Waukee Community Center and focused on the importance of nonverbal communication in business.
