CBRE|Hubbell Commercial Real Estate Professional Honored

West Des Moines, IA (October 4, 2013) – The Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association (ICREA) honored CBRE|Hubbell Commercial real estate professional, Tyler Dingel, at the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Expo held on October 1, 2013.  
Tyler Dingel, CCIM, Vice President, received the Broker of the Year award for his achievements in commercial real estate in Iowa.  In the previous fiscal year, he was involved in completing 65 sale or lease transactions valuing over $100 million.  “This award is a reflection of what our team has been able to accomplish.  I am fortunate to be able to work with some of the best business partners and clients in our industry,” stated Dingel.

Dingel is recognized in the greater Des Moines community as a leading broker in the retail and investment markets. Over his eight year career at CBRE|Hubbell Commercial, he has been involved in selling and leasing of over $275 million in real estate transactions.  Earlier this year, Dingel was recognized among the top 30 retail performers across the Americas as well as one of the top ten retail performers in CBRE’s central United States region.   Dingel received the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association Deal of the Year award in 2010 and Rising Star Award in 2008.

Additionally, Dingel has been instrumental in the greater Des Moines community.  He volunteers his time as a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and also serves on the organization’s board of directors.  In 2011, Dingel was honored with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Volunteer of the Year Award.  He has also been recognized by the Young Professionals Connection and was named as the 2010 Young Professional of the Year.  Dingel was a member of the 2010 Forty Under 40 class and remains actively involved with Young Variety and 100 Men on a Mission.
