Dale Anderson, 74, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, September 25 at Merle Hay Funeral Home with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens.
Dale will be remembered as a life-long Chicago Cubs fan who also supported the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Iowa State Cyclones. Dale was deeply devoted to his family, especially to his grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Virginia; daughter, Jennifer (Greg) Earley; son, Scott (Linda) Anderson; grandchildren, Megan Anderson, Matthew and Joseph Earley and by one sister, Beverly Huston. Dale was preceded in death by his mother, Eva Anderson.
