Bring your lunch and enjoy a program by Gerard M. Gallucci, a 30-year diplomat, peacekeeper, senior level manager, editor and political analyst at the U.S. State Department and the State Department’s Intelligence and Research Bureau. Dr. Gallucci served as chief of a frontline peacekeeping operation in Kosovo and East Timor and was recently named Drake University’s first Diplomat in Residence.
