Des Moines Orthopaedic Surgeons (DMOS) welcome Jason Sullivan, M.D. to their West Des Moines Practice. Dr. Sullivan specializes in Sports Medicine and will be available to see patients beginning August 19th at DMOS – West, 6001 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines. Appointments are now being accepted.
Dr. Sullivan is originally from the Des Moines area, attended the University of Notre Dame for his undergraduate education, Loyola University-Chicago for his medical education, and Kerlan Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic for his fellowship in Sports Medicine. He has special interests in Sports Medicine; arthroscopy of knee, shoulder, hip and elbow; and reconstruction of the shoulder and knee including joint replacement.
