Des Moines, Iowa (March 25)– Greenland Homes is at it again. On April 17th, they will break ground on their second “charity” house. In 2012 Greenland Homes donated $50,000 from the sale of the first house that was built to benefit Children’s Cancer Connection. All proceeds after the sale of house number two will also be donated to the organization.
The groundbreaking ceremony will be held at 4 pm on April 17th, at 340 Aspen Drive NW in Bondurant, IA. Corey Kautz, founder and president of Greenland homes, will be joined by Children’s Cancer Connection staff and families to officially begin the project.
Greenland Homes is working with many other local businesses that are also making contributions to the home. A complete list of project partners and more information about the Greenland Homes project will be posted at www.ChildrensCancerConnection.org/GreenlandHomes
