Get your teen on a summer fitness kick

Parents, are you having trouble getting your pre-teen or teenager off the couch?

Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping can help get them get moving through our Junior FXB program. The Juniors program is a great way for kids to build relationships with peers, improve self-confidence, be physically active and most of all, have fun.

During the Junior program, students will participate in:
• Strength training through the use of resistance bands
• Cardio kickboxing
• Mat Chats
• Team building skills and activities
• Nutrition Tours

As a parent myself, I have seen just how much this program can help kids. This will be my daughter’s third year participating in the Juniors program. Not only have I seen her become a stronger athlete, but I have seen her self-esteem grow immensely.  She has gained many friendships through this program and developed a healthy and active lifestyle.
