Des Moines, Iowa: The Des Moines Leadership Network is pleased to announce its February luncheon program. Jessica Rowe, director of the Greater Des Moines Public Art Foundation, will share highlights and leadership challenges from her career as an advocate for culture. The presentation, “The Art(s) and Science of Leadership: Bringing Together Community & Culture,” describes important leadership strategies for building community through the arts.
The luncheon will be held on February 21, 2013 at the Des Moines Embassy Club at the Ruan Center, 7th and Grand Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa. Networking to start at 11:30, with lunch and program at noon. $20 cash, check, or credit card at the door.

Leadership Network has had a presence in the Des Moines area for more than 30 years. Its mission is to enhance community knowledge and involvement by promoting personal and professional development for leaders of Central Iowa through networking, educational and social opportunities. In addition to focusing on community and leadership, Leadership Network annually awards a scholarship to a deserving student at AIB College of Business in Des Moines.
