Strength Training

This training program is determined to increase metabolism, lose weight, increase flexibility, and tone and strengthen muscles. Light weights will be used for this
non-aerobic, deep muscle toning program. Participants should bring their own exercise ball, weights and bands. (Bands can be purchased at the first class for $7.)
Tuesdays and Thursdays.    Fee: $55.00

Program # 113204-04            February 19 – April 11                    6:15 – 7:15 pm
(14 Classes – no classes March 19 & March 21)
