Jane Wissink, 86, passed away January 26, 2013 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. Funeral Services will be at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 29 at Merle Hay Funeral Home with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. Visitation will be prior to the service at the funeral home, beginning at 10 a.m.
She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed growing plants and flowers. Jane liked playing Bridge and enjoyed bowling in a women’s league. Jane was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church for over 35 years and managed her husband’s insurance company for many years. She will be remembered as a classy lady who was extremely patient, kind, loving and was a good friend to many. Jane will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Jane’s memory will be cherished by her husband of 35 years, Dick; children, Larry Dotson (Leigh Ann), Cheryl Inman, Kay Lemke (Craig), Keith Dotson (Jennifer Pozz-Dotson); step-children, Julie Scott (Brian) and Kevin Wissink (Catherine Foley-Wissink); grandchildren, Amy Quigley (Ross), Mike Inman (Hannah), Jennifer Lemke, Matt Lemke (Ashley), Brandon Pruitt (Amie), Blake Pruitt, Alex Scott and Brandon Scott; great-grandchildren, Eliza Quigley, Reid Quigley, Maverick Inman and Everly Inman with two more expected soon and a brother, W. James Hall (Faye) as well as many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wes and Juanita Hall.
