Yes, it is that time of year where we are all a bit concerned that our waistlines may expand. Whether it is trick or treat candy or Thanksgiving dinner, I am dreaming of the delicious feasts I am going to partake in during the next few months.

Food has been a big part of the Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce events during the last month. We had a Breakfast Before Business networking event at the Waukee Public Library and our monthly networking luncheon. We were also busy with two ribbon cuttings, a grand re-opening and a Business After Hours. And our Waukee State House and Senate Candidate Forum was well attended and very informational.
