Come join the fun for young families as the Clear Lake Public Library’s Storytime moves from Friday to Wednesday mornings beginning October 3. The weekly storytime for children age five and younger is held from 10:30 – 11:00 a.m. These sessions are drop-in, no registration is required. Two age groups meet during each storytime. Infants and toddlers through age two enjoy stories, music and finger plays while three, four and five-year-olds listen to stories and make a related craft. A parent or responsible adult care giver must accompany children attending storytime. For more information on this free program contact the library’s youth department at 357-0315.
The TumbleBookLibrary is an online collection for children of TumbleBooks (animated, talking picture books) with fiction, non-fiction and foreign language titles, Read-Alongs (chapter books with sentence highlighting and narration but no animation), E-books and Audio Books which may be viewed online or downloaded for 90 days, and Tumble Puzzles & Games.
