Halloween Party Set For Oct. 26

The annual Halloween party will be held at the Doanes Park Youth Center on Friday, Oct. 26 from 6:30 – 8 p.m. There will be great games, plenty of treats and chances to win some great prizes.

The party, sponsored by the library and the Park and Recreation Department is a great success each year. Join in the fun at the Youth Center on Friday, Oct. 26. For more information, call us at 266-7815.

The new library site is located on the city’s website at pleasanthilliowa.org. Click on city departments then click on “Library” to see what’s available. Content is continually being added to better serve our patrons!

Become a Friend of the Library
The Friends of the Library are holding their annual membership drive. If you are a current member or are considering joining, please support this important organization which provides materials and equipment for the library which would otherwise not be available. Thank you for your help.

On Wednesdays, bring back any items that are overdue, including videos, and no fine will be charged.

Story times are held on Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 10 and 10:30 a.m. Crafts are held every Wednesday afternoon at 4 p.m.
