Wow! The kids have headed back to school, football season has begun, and the Chamber summer activities have come to an end. We celebrated with many outstanding events this summer, including the following:
Educator Appreciation Event, held at new, larger location this year, the Camp Dodge Freedom Center.
Green Days. Even though a little soggy this year, we can now appreciate the rain while it was here.
The Johnston Chamber Golf Outing. A great networking opportunity, and always a fun time for all.
I would like to thank all of our participants, sponsors and volunteers who make these events possible and make Johnston a great community for us to live, work and play in. I hope everyone who participated in these events this year is looking forward to next year. I know I am.
While we have finished our summer activities and everyone is getting back into the swing of things, I would like to remind you of events we have yet to enjoy this fall.
