Lovers of crime fiction across Iowa are invited to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Sisters in Crime at the Urbandale Public Library (3520 86th Street, Urbandale, Iowa 50322) on September 8th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM with the members of the Iowa chapter of the organization.
Sisters in Crime – Iowa (SinC-Ia) will offer refreshments, readings from mysteries across the 25-year span, appearances by SinC-Ia mystery authors and giveaway baskets with books from best-selling mystery authors such as Carolyn Hart, Krista Davis, Ellery Adams, Jenn McKinlay, and others.
The event is open to the public and free of charge.
Sisters in Crime is a non-profit organization founded in 1986 and is currently made up of more than 3,000 members and 48 chapters worldwide—authors, readers, publishers, agents, booksellers, librarians and others who love mysteries.
