Holmes Chevy donates to Park and Rec
Holmes Chevrolet of Norwalk has donated $1,000 to Norwalk Parks and Rec as part of the Chevy Youth Baseball program. In addition, Holmes Chevy made available raffle tickets and the grand prize of an iPad. Those who purchased raffle tickets are also eligible to win the Midwest region’s grand prize of a new Chevy. Winners will be announced in mid-August. In total, $1,350 was raised for improvements at the Norwalk-McAninch Sports Complex.

Free medical clinic offered on Thursdays
A free medical clinic is offered every Thursday from 6 – 7:30 p.m. at  Crossroads Church 2601 Border St. (also known as 8203 Beardsley St.) in Norwalk. This free clinic is available to everyone; there are no financial guidelines or restrictions. You may come even if you don’t have insurance. It is also free if you do have insurance. Every fourth Thursday  from 6 – 7:30 p.m. Crossroads Church has free chiropractic care at the free medical clinic. The chiropractor on call is Dr. Kyle Haskin.
